Dr. Brewster writes:
"I am especially interested and available to work with clients who experience uncomfortable levels of anxiety, fear and phobias. These emotional states may be caused by a variety of factors.
"In addition to working with patients with increased levels of anxiety, I am also interested in working with patients who feel disconnected within themselves, their relationships with others and their environment.
"Feelings of being disconnected or emotional anxiety do not allow for engagement with living in a full, spontaneous way. The nature of our work together supports connectedness, being authentically conscious and joyfully engaged with your life.
"My specific area of training is Jungian psychology. Aspects of this speciality includes Dreamwork and issues regarding Creativity, Self-Expression and career problems specific to Artists and those seeking careers in the Arts.
"Therapy is answering the call to delve deeper into one's self in the hopes of finding something which has been missing. Anxiety and depression may be symptoms of this call. Psychological work is a path of discovery leading to understanding the meaning of the call and one's life."
